Refund policy

We offer a 365-day refund policy on your first order placed through our website, so you can try Modern Savage risk-free. This policy applies to first-time customers only, and only to orders placed at www.modernsavage.life.

Eligibility

The order you are requesting a refund for must be the first subscription order you’ve placed with Modern Savage.
Refunds do not apply to:

  • Repeat purchases, reorders, or subscription renewals

  • Purchases made via Amazon, TikTok Shop, or any third-party platforms

  • Sale items or gift cards

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us at hello@modernsavage.life with the following:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used at checkout

If your refund request is accepted, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method. You do not need to return the product.

You will receive a full refund for the value of your Modern Savage purchase, less a $5 processing fee to help cover operational costs. Any initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as opened-package perishable items.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery if your product is unopened and in its original condition. Price differences may apply if exchanging for a higher-value item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be unused, with original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your refund request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Cancellations

We do not cancel orders once they’ve been placed. Similarly, we do not cancel subscriptions on behalf of customers.
Customers can manage their subscriptions anytime through their account portal.
